5.5 Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier or regional delays.
- Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Due to the medical nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are:
- Damaged in transit, or
- Incorrectly supplied.
6.2 Requests for return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence sent to info@ivshop.co.za.
6.3 Approved returns must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
6.4 Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
